[Web Bug]: Word wrap in video descriptions and comments not breaking at whitespace #582

Description
Video captions/descriptions and comments do not wrap as expected in English. Lines too long for their text block will break in the middle of a word instead of only breaking on whitespace characters. For example:

EDITED TO ADD: This issue occurs in both Firefox and Chrome on my Linux desktop and my Android mobile device. It does not appear to be caused by choice of browser.
Steps to reproduce
Go to any video with a long description or that has comments and observe the word wrap/line breaking behavior. Examples above but the issue is by no means limited to these two videos.
