[Web Bug]: Mobile browser does not see error message

Description

When entering the email to sign-in, there is an error message if the email address is not formatted correctly, however on mobile this does not display and the user is not informed what went wrong:

I can confirm this on Firefox for Android, not sure about Chrome.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open loops.video on a mobile Firefox web browser
2. Tap Sign In
3. enter a username instead of an email
4. enter a bogus password (doesn't matter)
5. try log in
6. notice that nothing happens
