Version 1.0.1 is a minor update compared to version 1.0.0.
- The main change is that the Appointments dataset has been brought up-to-date until 26 June 2025. We have also corrected some minor errors discovered in the dataset.
- This release includes a new function, generate_courts(), that from Appointments creates a new dataset with one observation for each unique composition of Justices on the two Supreme Courts over time. This data can e.g. be used to calculate descriptive statistics for all serving Justices over time on any variable in Appointments.
