Replace Edit and Delete text buttons with icons in table view

Replaces text-based action buttons with icons for a cleaner, more modern table interface.

Changes

• Added @heroicons/react dependency for icon components
• Updated TableViewer.js:
  • PencilSquareIcon replaces "Edit" text
  • TrashIcon replaces "Delete" text
  • Added title attributes for accessibility tooltips
  • Icon size: h-5 w-5 (20px) for improved clickability vs previous text-xs (12px)
