I use Claude Code as a daily co-pilot for product management – writing specs, running GTM plans, triaging customer feedback, and automating the overhead that slows PMs down. The skills and frameworks I've developed for this are in pm-ai-toolkit.
I also built a Slack bot that uses GPT-4o to analyse team messages and remind people to include customer context (account links, call recordings) when discussing customers – reducing the "which customer?" back-and-forth across sales, support, and CS conversations.
