Version 3 is a complete rewrite of the CSS portion of xqSelect. The appearance has been even more normalized cross-browser, with some visual improvements overall.

The code is now targeted towards a more modern set of browsers, with backwards compatibility to IE10, IE10+, Safari 6.1+, Chrome 21+, Firefox 28+.

This is the last major version with planned Bootstrap 3 compatibility, through the use of a variable shim.
