jooby:run document Eclipse setup

Thanks to: https://github.com/jooby-project/jooby/commit/01e8c499bd814f97827ba2926b4c34455c840479 is now possible to easily launch `jooby:run` (no need for Maven)

This task will document how to setup and configure `jooby:run` as Eclipse launch configuration which will allow to launch apps from Eclipse and reload changes as we do today with maven.
