Hi,

I've installed and setup the latest version of jasmin (0.11.1) from the package cloud. I'm trying to send a test message after binding and with mobile connectors.

This is the message I get in the logs:

`(<class 'UnboundLocalError'>) while handling submit_sm_resp pdu for msgid:cf745ee0...  local variable '_pdu' referenced before assignment`

Any help would be appreciated.
