This PR, adds a feature to Joomla Installation function, which can be used to provide custom Db name and Db prefix.
The use case of such behaviour is when using a single MySQL Docker container to install Db for different dockers instances running tests (In Parallel), instead of using the same Db everytime, this would help developers to use the Mysql Containers freely with new Db details and avoid conflicts during parallel execution.
