JT Visual Blocks v0.1.11

This release fixes the Joomla module Help button behavior.

In previous builds, the Help button could open Joomla's default help system and show a Help61: related error when no matching Joomla documentation page existed for the module. The module manifest now defines a custom help URL that points users directly to the GitHub Issues page for support and bug reports.
