This table is used for diagnosing flow outcomes. The more information we have, the more fringe scenarios we can plan for and make the system more robust. Mark each flow outcome as:

• ✅ Passed – Everything worked as expected and the flow completed.
• ⚠️ Degraded – The flow passed, but the outcome was not as desired. Please make a note of what went wrong.
• ❌ Failed – The flow failed entirely. Please make a note on which plugin it failed on.
