Hey, I'm Jorge 👋

Full-stack engineer focused on building tools that stay out of your way. I mostly work in TypeScript, with some Python and Go mixed in depending on what the job calls for.

What I work with

  • Languages: TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, Go
  • Frontend: React, Next.js
  • Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, the occasional GraphQL endpoint
  • DevOps / Infra: Docker, GitHub Actions, Linux
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis

What I'm up to lately

  • Building small CLI tools that scratch my own itches
  • Getting more comfortable with Go for backend services
  • Exploring better local dev workflows with containers
