Version 1.5

This is the first release to include an upgrade script, simply follow the updating instructions in the read me and then run installer/upgrade.php

Added:

• Notification system (via Bootstrap notify)

• Removed bootstrap tooltip for days remaining, as it was buggy in Safari
• Minor changes to login screen
• Minor changes to installer
• Updated date picker
• Minor text changes
• Switch back to old priority system (use a tick box rather than a scale)
• Uses minified js and css for speed improvements
• Edit selector only shows non completed tasks
• Password are now salted
• Dialog are created using boot box now
• Improve method for adding new categories
