Picker overhaul: Custom icons, aliases, Index Jump, and preview support

Sesh has some big TUI updates! I'll will be making a YouTube video on the new features this week. The key things are preview support, custom icons, index jumping, and aliases. It makes sesh feel faster than ever.

Thanks to a couple of new contributors for helping squash some bugs and get rid of placeholder text.

Can't wait for all of you to try and it and give me some feedback. I'm sure we have some rough edges to work out. But I've removed my fzf bindings and have gone all-in on the new picker!
