v0.9.35b7 (beta) — PV charge power reg 74 fix

Pre-release for testing the PV Charge Power fix.

Fix: register 74 (HOLD_FORCED_CHG_POWER_CMD, forced/PV charge power) is now addressable on the local Modbus path and its unit metadata is corrected to 100W units (0-150 = 0-15 kW), matching AC charge power (reg 66). Previously reg 74 was missing from the local register map, forcing the wrong register 64 (a 0-100% limit) with a lossy kW↔% conversion — the 'set 1 kW, reads 0' bounce on Modbus/hybrid inverters.

Hardware-verified: FlexBOSS reg74=20→2.0 kW, 18kPV reg74=120→12.0 kW.

Also fixes a pyproject.toml packaging regression (classifiers misplaced under [project.urls]).
