Welcome to the NAM FX community · NAM FX

[joyull]

Welcome to the NAM FX community. This is the public place for questions, preset recipes, ideas and bug reports for NAM FX on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Everything here stays searchable, so an answer given once helps the next player too.

I want to…	Go to
Ask how to do something	Q&A
Share a preset	Preset Sharing (opening shortly)
Suggest a feature	Ideas
Report something broken	Bug report form
Talk about anything else	General

A few things that help:

• For bug reports, include your app version (Settings › About), device, OS and audio interface. The form asks for them.
• Settings › About › Share diagnostics exports the audio log and crash reports. They contain your audio device names, so email them to support@pickandtune.com with the issue number if you would rather not post them publicly.
• Share amp captures and IRs as links (for example a TONE3000 page), not as files, unless you made them yourself.
• Purchases, privacy and security issues go to support@pickandtune.com, not here.

Release notes and update guides will be posted in this category. The community site is at https://nam-fx-community.pickandtune.com, and the house rules are in the code of conduct.
