feat: add embeddings option and store them to a Vector DB

Implement a flow that will:

• generate embeddings from generated data, using a common API (e.g. OpenAI? https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/embeddings)
• select a vector database
• produce to the VDBMS chosen
  -- Key will be the clear data
  -- Value will be the embedding
