Enable webServer in playwright.config.ts for e2e tests#76

WebServer configuration is uncommented and enabled in the playwright.config.ts which allows running a local dev server before starting the tests. This update improves the reliability and effectiveness of our e2e tests especially in our local development environment. The `workspaceRoot` import line is also uncommented,
