@dgauche yes, both settings are available. You can change both settings, frame rate and video quality (bit rate) on the settings page as shown below.

TL/DR: Can I reduce the frame rate to reduce file size?
Imagine you're doing critical technical work on a production system and you want to record both your commentary as you're doing the work as well as the actual screen. This is so that you can ensure that you have a record of what was done and some additional context in terms of why it was done. For this, you don't need a high frame rate (admittedly, I don't know what a good frame rate would be. I guess that's something one would need to experiment with).
My question: Is there a way to record at a lower frame rate to reduce the size of the final output video?
