Depth pass, part 2 (still 92 types). Most identifiers now report their parts, not just validity.

• More parse extraction: India PAN holder-type, Ecuador province, Peru RUC entity-type, credit-card IIN/last4.
• Structural parse decomposition: BIC -> bank/country/location/branch, Mexico CLABE -> bank/branch/account, IMEI -> TAC/serial, ISIN -> country/NSIN.
• Broader canonical format: NHS, UK NINO, India Aadhaar, Swiss AHV, Canada SIN, France NIR.

22 types have parse extraction and 22 have format. Everything verified against published example numbers; stays EPL.
