Adds LatAm tax IDs (Argentina CUIT, Chile RUT, Colombia NIT, Peru RUC, Ecuador cedula), more EU national/person IDs (France NIR, Poland PESEL, Ireland PPS, Estonia isikukood, Bulgaria EGN, JMBG), research IDs (ORCID, ISNI), and the longer GS1 keys (GTIN-14, SSCC), plus EAN-8, ISMN, CAS and IMO numbers. Every new checksum is clean-room from the public standard (or engine-backed) and verified against a real published number.
