Depth pass: parse field-extraction and canonical format deepened across the existing 92 types (no new types).

Extraction now covers every shipped identifier that embeds a birth date - CURP, EE isikukood, JMBG, South Africa ID, Italy codice fiscale, China resident ID, Poland PESEL, France NIR, Sweden personnummer, Belgium NN, Bulgaria EGN - plus VIN (WMI/year/plant/serial), IBAN (bank/branch/account) and card networks. New canonical format for ORCID, ISNI, CAS, AR-CUIT, CL-RUT, CO-NIT, SE-pnr and BE-nn. Everything verified against published example numbers; stays EPL.
