[Bug] Service startup timed out, when running code-indexer start.

I am running code-indexer on a Mac Machine with M2 Pro.

From the Docker Desktop i can see two images were created: qdrant and data-cleaner.

@banziyeoh , I'm targeting Linux only for now (Rocky and Ubuntu). I will git it a shot in Mac when I get a chance.

I'm removing qdrant dependencies, actually no more containers. The system should soon be able to work on MacOs
