Add tmux terminal multiplexer as a new dev container feature. tmux is installed via apt package manager. Note: .github/workflows/test.yaml update (adding tmux to matrix) needs to be applied separately with workflow scope. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
