Update FORJAMIE alongside dependency/tooling changes
The root AGENTS.md defines a hard rule that any commit changing behavior, config, or tooling must update FORJAMIE.md in the same change-set; this commit updates hono and rewrites lockfile metadata but leaves project-memory docs unchanged. That makes the documented architecture/tooling state immediately stale and violates the repo’s required Definition of Done, so this should be fixed before merge.
