Convert all markup & CSS to Material Design Light #244
Description
Currently, the CSS is confusing and inconsistent (#163), as well as not very appealing for some elements (#241). It also is generally unresponsive for mobile and tablet experiments. A solution proposed in #241 is to convert all of the markup and CSS to the Material Design Light framework.
