What's New

🇨🇦 Weather Canada Alerts (Environment Canada)

• Monitors Environment Canada for active weather alerts by city ID (e.g. on-143 for Toronto)
• Same broadcast-style overlay as NWS — full-width alert bar, colored severity label, scrolling crawl
• Bilingual area names (English, French, or both)
• NAAD attention signal plays at the configured interval during active alerts — distinct from the US EAS dual tone

🔧 Separate Channel Targeting

• Weather Canada and NWS EAS now have independent channel targeting
• Arm different channel groups for US vs. Canadian alerts simultaneously

📋 EAS Settings Reorganized

• Settings panel now has three clear blocks: USA (NWS) → Canada (EC) → Shared Settings
• Severity filter labels updated to show USA/Canada equivalents: Watch/Yellow, Warning/Orange, Emergency/Red

🛡️ Orphan Fix

• Clean Orphaned Profiles now correctly protects active EAS alert profiles in addition to ticker profiles
