Manticore 14.1.0 support

Hi,

Currently I'm running piler 1.4.7 with manticore 7.0.0. Is manticore 14.1.0 supported with piler 1.4.8? Can I safely upgrade piler and afterwards manticore to this version? Could not find anything in the docs.

I bumped up manticore version in my test environment from 13.11.0 to 14.1.0, and at least with real time index, it works fine.
