This repository holds the LaTeX code and documentation (figures, articles, and supplemental files) needed to compile the approved final verion of my PhD Thesis, titled "Uncertainty and urgency: Tackling ME/CFS research and assessing the risk of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron subvariants in vaccinated populations". This PhD project was funded by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (mixed grant reference SFRH/BD/149758/2019), and was produced at Instituto de Medicina Molecular João Lobo Antunes, Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon (host institution), and Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science, Warsaw University of Technology (international host institution). This thesis was defended on May 10th, 2024.
