save multiple arguments in defvar to use with cmd

Hi,

How could I do something like that ? Because it’s not working. I wrote the things I tried and their results in comments.

(defvar
	CMDDC D:\Programmes\Outils\ClickMonitorDDC\ClickMonitorDDC.exe
	low (b 0 c 0 r 128 g 128 l 100 k 50) ;; ERROR won’t work because it’s a list
	low "b 0 c 0 r 128 g 128 l 100 k 50" ;; it runs but won’t work because arguments are sent as one string
)

(defalias
	 run (tap-hold $tts $ttl cur f13) ;; tap: currency key, hold: F13
	 1 (fork 1 (cmd $CMDDC $low) (f13))

Even when using low (cmd /k "echo test") I get the error program not found

This won't execute the program "cmd" but "/k". You need to add second cmd like this: (cmd cmd /k "echo test")

As you discovered, it's currently not possible to reuse defvar in cmd in this way today.

A code change that could support this would be to allow lists in cmd but the parser will simply flatten everything into a one-level list.
