Voiceover Functionality

When editing videos, I frequently need to record voiceovers. Adding voiceover support to the app would make the audio editing process much smoother.

Suggested Functionality:

• Direct audio/voiceover recording onto a dedicated track.
• Ability to trim and sync voiceover clips with video timestamps.

I've added a simple Voiceover feature (accessible from the timline toolbar) for now. Later, we can expand this into a full-on panel or window for greater control.
