If `plug.vim` is a symbolic link, `PlugUpgrade` will now download the latest version to the resolved path rather than overwriting the link.

If
plug.vimis a symbolic link,PlugUpgradewill now download the latest version to the resolved path rather than overwriting the link (this would let me keepplug.vimin my dotfiles repository for easy bootstrapping, but still be able to usePlugUpgrade).
