This PR implements a no-emoji policy for the project documentation and removes existing emojis from README files.

Changes

  1. Updated CLAUDE.md - Added a new "Writing Style" section that explicitly disallows using emojis in:

    • README files and documentation
    • Code comments
    • Commit messages
    • Configuration files
    • Content files
  2. Removed Emojis - Cleaned up packages/wildcard/README.md by removing 5 emoji characters from the Features section while preserving all descriptive text.

Fixes #206
