What steps can reproduce the bug?
Run in auto pilot mode until you run out of usage. It does not say you've run out of usage, the entire process just stops and it remains in "thinking" mode. If you try to check usage limits it will say "failed to refresh rate limits: background worker unavailable".
Cancelling auto mode does not fix it, and typing anything in the terminal results in it "thinking" forever. The agents become stuck.
What is the expected behavior?
Say the usage limits were reached.
