This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer of SmartScript for Jira ("Licensor"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App within your Atlassian Cloud Jira environment for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of your subscription.
You shall not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Licensor.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
