Added `/api/runs/{run_id}/io-audit` endpoint returning per-step filesystem and network access with summary counts. Added `/api/runs/diff` endpoint for structured IO-audit diffs between two runs showing added/removed operations and outcome comparison. Added IO Audit tab to dashboard with single-run browser, A/B diff UI, recent run quick-select buttons, and collapsible step details with color-coded pills. Added GET `/run` redirect
