entroly 1.0.23 — friendlier Claude Pro/Max setup

When you're signed in with a Claude Pro/Max subscription, Entroly now points you
to the MCP integration (the smoothest setup for a subscription) instead of a
confusing proxy error. Proxy mode is for pay-as-you-go API keys, and
`entroly simulate` shows your savings with no API call.

Provider-scoped to Anthropic and fail-open — API-key and OpenAI/Gemini users are
unaffected.
