- scripts/prepare_sdist.py vendors upstream Source/ into python/Source/
  before sdist build; CMakeLists falls back to ../Source/ for git checkouts.
- Bump cibuildwheel action to v3.4.1 to support Python 3.14.
- Add cp314 to wheel matrix.
