CSConnect (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the SpinSplat mobile application (the “Service”). This policy informs you of our approach to privacy and data handling.

No Personal Data Collection We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or usage information.

Video & Image Data Usage The app processes user-provided videos and extracted frames to generate 3D Gaussian splatting models. These files are transmitted to our servers for processing but are not stored long-term. They are deleted automatically after processing is complete. No visual data is retained on our servers or shared with third parties.

App Functionality SpinSplat converts videos into 3D Gaussian splat models. Processing is performed on our servers, but all uploaded data is temporary and removed after the job finishes. No data is retained or shared.

Data Transmission Videos and related processing assets are transmitted securely to our servers and deleted immediately after processing.

Third-Party Services Our app does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data.
