I Can't Use NAB

Hello, I can’t use any of NAB’s features. As you can see in the attachment, for example, the objects inside the app aren’t visible. Also, when I try to add a tooltip, nothing happens, and when I press Ctrl+., nothing happens either. It’s as if the connection between VS Code and NAB has been completely severed—only the name remains. Could you please help me?

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the extension might not be activating properly, or it's not detecting a valid AL project in your workspace.

1. The view in your screenshot (Tables, Pages, Reports, Xml Ports, etc.) looks like the AL Object Browser — that's a separate extension, not part of NAB AL Tools. Could you clarify which NAB AL Tools features specifically aren't working? What would you expect from NAB AL Tools on Ctrl+.?

2. Workspace Trust: VS Code has a "Workspace Trust" feature that restricts extension functionality in untrusted workspaces. Could you check if your workspace is trusted?

   • Look for a shield icon in the bottom-left corner of VS Code, "Restricted Mode"
   • Or go to File > Open Recent and check if your folder shows a lock/shield icon
   • If untrusted, click the shield and select Trust

3. Output log: Open the Output panel (View > Output), select NAB AL Tools from the dropdown, and share any messages there.

This will help narrow down what's going wrong
