The concrete target turned out to need a judgment call worth flagging: Gilead-BioStats/gsm.viz is a JavaScript chart library and ships no inst/ directory or workflow yaml at all, and demo-301's RBQM/gsm.viz lane already uses 4_modules. The one phase directory in the portfolio that actually deviates from the standard naming is gsm.safety's inst/workflow/3_reports/ (9 chart workflows), mirrored into demo-301 as workflows/3_reports/. #136 is written against that — correct me in a line if you meant a different target.

Two things called out on the issue rather than decided: whether the output/3_reports/ artifact path renames too (it is public, and published snapshots may already link it), and that this reverses demo-301's README decision to keep 3_reports and 3_reporting deliberately distinct rather than rename either. Filed as its own task instead of a #134 item because the primary change lands in gsm.safety, outside #134's build scope.
