roadmap homepage refactor

Update https://jwildfire.github.io/obot.roadmap/roadmap.html to have the following sections

• goals - List of goals (active visible, closed+backlog hidden)
• requirements - list of requirements (active visible, closed+backlog hidden)
• Open PRs
• Recent Releases
• Upcoming releases (repos with dev ahead of main and/or main ahead of most recent release)
• ideas (list of open idea discussion posts and posts moved to issues in last X days)

Notes:

• Ultra compact modern layout by default. no whitespace.
• Every item should link to the relevant github content.
• Filter by repo
• obot orchestration session should update as part of heartbeat
