Not drafting the requirement in a sweep. Three things have changed since capture that should make the question easier to answer:

• Goals now have state worth rendering. The registry holds five goals, and two of them are paused as of 2026-08-14 (csr #112, keynote #72) — a distinction that did not exist when this was captured. A homepage section that lists five goals without saying which are held is now actively misleading.
• Goal membership is enforced, via the hierarchy view (#132) and the GOALLESS audit rule, so a per-goal page would have real, current membership to render rather than a hand-maintained list.
• A concrete argument for per-goal pages surfaced tonight. jwildfire/demo-301 is in no goal's backlog, so its pipeline could fail twice with nobody able to pick it up (#153). A page that renders each goal's backlog feeds alongside its members would have made that visible at a glance; the compact homepage section cannot show it.

One answer unblocks it — reply here and the requirement gets drafted in its own pass.
