[PoC] ZIP embedded bins

Description

This is my old PoC on how to use ZIP archives for embedding, rebased on top of the current main branch. Note that cmd/foo and hack/unzip-files are just for experimenting and should be removed from the final PR, whereas hack/zip-files replaces hack/gen-bindata.

I've experimented a bit with different compression methods:

ZIP/bzip2	248 MiB
ZIP/lzma	235 MiB
ZIP/zstd	233 MiB
