strip the dashboard chrome (TopBar, BottomNav, InfoCards, pills, glassmorphism panels, gradient backgrounds) and replace with a chat-first layout: two-pane sidebar+thread on desktop, single-pane with back-button navigation on mobile. flat surfaces, teal outgoing bubbles, initials avatars, auto-scroll, status dots. all business logic unchanged.
