Consumer lag : Estimated time to clear the lag (taking partition skew into consideration)

Is your proposal related to a problem?

Its important for us to track the lag and know by when the lag would clear itself. While there are ways in which we can manually calculate it but its tedious. We do have metrics from which we can track but they are not readily available in the same UI and also do not take care of partition skew. It would be a nice column to display beside the consumer lag.

A new column in the below section showing estimated time remaining for lag to clear , potentially with speed of clearing the lag.
