Institutional Audits & Governance Tracking

KAIROX maintains a structured, audit‑ready issue system to ensure long‑term transparency, documentation integrity, and governance alignment.
All institutional reviews are organized through:

  • Institutional Audit Dashboard (#11) — Centralized view of all Phase 1 audits
  • Standardized institutional labels (institutional, audit, documentation, structure, governance, terminology, roadmap)
  • Three governance milestones:
    • Institutional Audit — Phase 1
    • Governance & Documentation Consolidation — Phase 2
    • Protocol Activation & Contributor Onboarding — Phase 3

These elements work together to maintain clarity, structure, and audit‑readiness across the entire repository.
