Does this network only work on Linux?

I tried testing this network on Mac and Windows, but I couldn’t proceed because I was blocked by pip install errors on both systems.

We haven't tried to verify that the code works in non-Linux environments.
If you are getting pip install errors, please let us know what packages are not installed.
