Added #[ntest::timeout] attributes to several async tests to prevent hanging. Simplified early return in subscription test when server is not running. Fixed minor formatting and improved header value construction in WebSocket capacity test.
Implements a new STORAGE CHECK SQL command and a corresponding health check service in kalamdb-filestore. The health check performs CRUD operations to validate storage connectivity and reports status, latency, and errors. Includes new handler, SQL parsing, error handling, and tests. Also adds UI/notes for future integration and makes minor logging adjustments.
Introduces unified timeout settings for remote storage backends (S3, GCS, Azure) via the server config, with defaults and programmatic application throughout the filestore. Updates config types, filestore factory, registry, and tests to support passing and using these timeouts. Also improves MinIO integration test robustness, updates .gitignore and docker-compose for new test data and ports, and clarifies some system column comments.
