Adds high-fidelity Admin UI v2 assets and SQL Studio v2 UI components (visual mock HTML/PNG, stitch.html, new React components, service, workspace state) and removes some legacy namespace UI pieces. Improves Arrow ↔ Kalam type conversions: extends timestamp/time/date mappings, treats unknown FixedSizeBinary as bytes, adds UUID coercion and parsing in arrow_json conversion, and logs/falls back when metadata is invalid. Updates API converter to warn on invalid metadata and default unsupported Arrow types to Text. Tests updated: initialize local storage for CTE tests, simplify execution result handling, remove unused username parameters, and adjust various scenario/test assertions and error message checks. Also adds AGENTS.md guideline to avoid SQL rewrite passes in hot paths.
